Online Booking Policies

Children MUST be 6 years old to be on the golf course. No babies or toddlers under the age of 6 allowed on the golf course. Thank you. 

• There is no fee for booking through our website; all fees are due upon arrival at the course. Your credit card is not charged at time of booking.
• Pass holders (Silver and Young Adult) may book seven days in advance for play on Monday through Sunday after 12:00 noon on Fri, Sat and Sun.
• Pass holders (depending on your type of punch card or season pass, must follow booking window allowed per pass)
• Guest tee times can be booked up to 60 days in advance.  Any guest times booked between 15 and 60 days will be charged a $20 non-refundable fee per player. To receive the resident's discount, tee times may be made seven days in advance.
• No single player bookings are allowed, with a maximum of four tee times booked to any one person or group. Five tee times or more constitutes an outing and requires a written contract with deposit. To book a group of 17 or more, call 970-479-2260 ext. 3.
• Cancellation Policy: tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation is not cancelled or changed by this time, the credit card holder may be held responsible for all applicable, posted full-price fees for all players booked. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the website. You must call the pro shop at 970-479-2260.
