Course Info

The course has gone back to its original route on Grand Traverse after the change due to construction last year.  The race starts at Mid-Vail and truly challenges any athlete. The average grade of the 10K is 7 percent with an elevation gain of nearly 1,200 feet, while the shorter 5K is a tad less challenging and allows runners the chance to experience racing at an impressive altitude. Both courses provide incredible views of the Vail Valley, the Gore Range and the beauty of wildflowers in full bloom.
