The 2023 Vail Kids Adventure Games are scheduled for August 9 -13, 2023. Enjoy three full days of racing for beginner (ages 6-9), intermediate (ages 8-11) and expert (ages 10-14) racers; free Family Adventure Zone with activities like a climbing wall; and optional skills clinics for race participants. 2023 Kids Balance Bike Race: Open To Kids Ages 5 And Under!
Join us at Mountain Plaza in Vail Village for the 2023 Kids Balance Bike Race to kick off a great weekend of adventure for the whole family! Riders age five and under are invited to participate in a race with challenging and fun obstacles.
Participants will be divided by age and will compete in small groups to vie for the championship. Racers will receive an official commemorative race plate and participation prize. Racers must compete on a balance bike - no pedal bikes, please! Balance bikes are not provided; please bring your own. Helmets are required for all racers.
Bib pickup and course pre-riding will begin at 9 a.m. and the races kick off at 9:30 a.m. Balance bike riders will be able to have their photo taken by the paparazzi (mom and dad) in the Paparazzi Zone. The race is capped at 50 riders, so don't wait to sign up!

2023 Mud Run Is Back And Open To All Ages!
The Mud Run is back! This race is a fun-filled race for all ages. Come and get your mud on.

Time: 4:30 p.m.
Location: Gondola One in Vail Village
Cost:
Family of four: $70 pre-registered/$95 day-of
Individual child (14 & under): $15 pre-registered/$22 day-of
Individual adult: $26 pre-registered/$33 day-of
The race will begin at 4:30 p.m. in Mountain Plaza at the base of Gondola One. The course is approximately one mile and includes mud pits and other obstacles. At the end of the race, the Vail Fire Department will be there to hose you down. All participants will have a chance to win great prices and costumes are encouraged!
